A Lakeside Evening with Kosta Browne

Join us in the Upper Deck at PIER 290 for an intimate evening featuring acclaimed wines from Kosta Browne, thoughtfully paired with a seasonal multi-course tasting menu overlooking Lake Geneva.

Known for expressive Pinot Noirs and elegantly balanced Chardonnay, Kosta Browne has become one of California’s most celebrated wineries, with wines rooted in the character of the Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Willamette Valley. This one-night-only experience brings those distinctive wines to the lakeside for an evening centered around thoughtful pairings, seasonal flavors, and relaxed sophistication.

The evening begins at 5 PM with a guided tasting experience hosted by a sommelier and Kosta Browne representative ahead of dinner service. Beginning at 6 PM, attendees will enjoy chef-selected canapés followed by a curated four-course tasting menu. Each pairing has been selected to complement the menu’s progression while highlighting the depth, texture, and complexity that define Kosta Browne wines.

Each pairing has been selected to enhance the dish’s natural flavors while highlighting the elegance and character of Kosta Browne wines. The One-Sixteen Chardonnay’s bright acidity and layered texture complement the richness of the Soft-Shell Crab Meunière, balancing the brown butter while enhancing the freshness of the lemon and spring herbs.

The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir brings vibrant fruit and earthy undertones to the Roast Beet & Ramp Salad, pairing naturally with the sweetness of the roasted beets, creamy chèvre, and candied walnuts. For the main course, the Russian River Valley Pinot Noir offers depth and structure that complement the savory bordelaise and morel compound butter without overpowering the grilled beef filet.

To finish, the Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir pairs seamlessly with the Spring Strawberry & Rhubarb Pavlova, its bright red-fruit and soft-spice notes complementing the fresh berries, delicate rose-water meringue, and mascarpone chantilly with an elegant finish.
