Get ready for an evening of bold flavors, expressive Pinot Noir, and elevated lakeside dining at PIER 290. On Friday, February 20, we invite you to an exclusive Belle Glos Wine Dinner in our Upper Deck, where a chef-curated menu meets the rich, full-bodied wines that Belle Glos is known for. 

This six-course dining experience is thoughtfully designed to highlight the depth and character of Belle Glos wines. Each course is expertly paired to complement the winery’s signature Pinot Noir style, showcasing the elegance, balance, and bold flavor profiles that make Belle Glos a standout in California winemaking.

 Hors d’oeuvres: Canapes

First Course:  

Seared Diver Scallops with Glasir Holt Chardonnay 

Parsnip purée, crispy prosciutto, Meyer lemon beurre blanc 

Second Course:  

Pan-Roasted Duck Breast with Balade Pinot Noir  

Cherry-thyme gastrique, farro risotto, baby kale 

Third Course:  

Pinot Noir Braised Short Rib with Las Alturas Pinot Noir  

Celery root purée, roasted root vegetables, gremolata 

Fourth Course:  

Beef Tenderloin with Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir  

Black truffle reduction, pomme purée, roasted shallots 

Cheese Course:  

Artisan Cheese Selection 

Aged Comté, dried cherries, toasted walnuts 

Guests will also enjoy a hands-on Belle Glos tradition, hand-dipping their own bottle of Dairyman Pinot Noir in wax to take home as a keepsake from the evening. 

Belle Glos wines are celebrated for their bold structure, rich textures, and vineyard-driven character, making them the perfect complement to this elevated dining experience. Throughout the evening, guests may also arrive early at 5 PM to spend time with a Sommelier, learning more about Belle Glos wines before dinner begins at 6 PM.
