WINES

Sauvignon Blanc: Sunny lemon-yellow in color with bright aromas of honeydew melon, green apple, pear nectar and beeswax. Crisp and refreshing citrus and melon flavors lead to a long and juicy finish that leaves you craving another sip.

Chardonnay: Groth 2022 Estate Chardonnay captures the quintessential characteristics of its varietal and provenance. Inviting aromas of crème brûlée, green apple, ripe cantaloupe and apricot jam greet the nose with an underlay of orange blossom, lychee and baking spice. The palate is rich and luxurious with an opulent surge of grilled peach and yellow plum kept in focus by a lift of orange zest acidity, finishing long with a toasted brioche echo.

*Allocated* Oakcross Red Blend: The 2020 Oakcross Red possesses tremendous depth and complexity that is revealed with time in the glass. On the nose, a surge of ripe blackberry, black plum, and cherry cola gives way to intriguing earthy/savory undertones: forest floor, cedar, Earl Grey tea, and wet clay. The rich palate is lifted and energetic, with a drive of juicy black raspberry, blackberry, and red currant beautifully framed by fine-grained tannins. Black fruits echo through the finish with hints of warm baking spice and chalkboard minerality.

*Allocated* Cabernet Reserve: Deep and pure ruby in color, this wine has an abundance of enticing aromas: beginning with boysenberry and blueberry pie, and leading to pastry cream, a bit of toast and a hint of menthol. On the palate, the tannin is supple and smooth. Flavors of blueberry and blackberry first greet the taste buds, leading to notes of chocolate-covered cherries and a fruit-driven finish that pops.
