Whiskey Dinner Cruise on the Lady of the Lake

Join us on Thursday, April 16, for Whiskey on the Water Dinner Cruise, in partnership with WhistlePig Whiskey and Wee Whiskey Fest. This is an exclusive dinner cruise aboard the Lady of the Lake, where bold whiskey and bourbon pairings meet a chef-crafted dining experience on Lake Geneva.

Indulge in a curated multi-course dinner, paired with classic whiskey cocktails and premium pours. While cruising around Lake Geneva, taking in the lake views and sunset, you’ll also enjoy live music by Mike VanDyke. This one-night experience brings together great food, great spirits, and the beauty of Lake Geneva. Tickets are $175, and include dinner, whiskey pairings, live music, and a boat cruise. Other types of drinks, as well as additional drinks, can be purchased at the onboard bar. Limited seating is available.

1st Course

Roasted Beet & Burrata Salad + Bourbon Old Fashioned Honey-roasted beets, fresh burrata, candied pistachios, arugula, and an orange blossom vinaigrette.

2nd Course

Braised Short Rib + Manhattan Bourbon braised and glazed short ribs with potato gratin dauphinois, roasted rainbow carrots, and red wine and bourbon demi-glace

3rd Course

Smoked Butterscotch Budino + Neat Whistle Pig 15 Years Salted caramel, chantilly cream, and smoked almonds
