Guests will enjoy a scenic cruise paired with a multi-course dinner, handcrafted whiskey cocktails, and live music from Mike Vandyke performing onboard. With the sun setting over Lake Geneva and a cocktail in hand, this is a true lakefront experience, relaxed, refined, and designed to be savored from start to finish.

Paired with the energy of Wee Whiskey Fest, this collaboration brings together a lineup that’s both distinctive and approachable. 

Throughout the evening, each course is paired with a thoughtfully selected cocktail or neat pour, from a fresh Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash to a classic Old Fashioned and Manhattan, finishing with a pour of WhistlePig 15 Year. Each pairing is designed to complement the flavors of the dish, highlighting the depth, spice, and subtle sweetness that define WhistlePig’s portfolio.

Canapes + Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash

1st Course  

Roasted Beet & Burrata Salad + Bourbon Old Fashioned 

  • Honey-roasted beets, fresh burrata, candied pistachios, arugula, and an orange blossom vinaigrette.     

2nd Course  

Braised Short Rib + Manhattan  

  • Bourbon braised and glazed short ribs with potato gratin dauphinois, roasted rainbow carrots, and red wine and bourbon demi-glace   

3rd Course  

Smoked Butterscotch Budino + Neat Whistle Pig 15-Year 

  • Salted caramel, chantilly cream, and smoked almonds

Each pairing is designed to bring out the best in both the dish and the whiskey. The Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash adds a fresh, slightly sweet contrast to the savory canapés, while the Old Fashioned’s citrus and oak notes balance the earthiness of the roasted beets and the creaminess of the burrata. 

The Manhattan’s richness and subtle spice complement the depth of the braised short rib, enhancing the bourbon glaze and savory finish. To close the evening, a neat pour of WhistlePig 15 Year delivers warm caramel, vanilla, and oak—perfect alongside the smoked butterscotch and salted caramel notes of the dessert.
